Application Information. If you decide to apply for financing with
us, then we will ask you for information concerning your company and its principals
to determine whether to approve you for financing and the terms of such financing.
You may provide such information through our Site financing application process
or by other means, but in all events, the decision to provide such information is
completely yours. If you do not wish to provide certain information that we deem
necessary to process
an application, then we will cease processing your application
and you may withdraw your application. We will use the information that you provide
to conduct a credit investigation and, if we approve your application and you decide
to complete the transaction with us, we will use the information to prepare financing
documentation and for administering and servicing the financing facility after closing
and funding. We will also use the information you provide to service and administer
any other financing transactions that you may have with us or our affiliates. We
will also disclose the information to our financing sources on a confidential basis
and for required financial and portfolio reporting.
Internal Security. We have strict policies and procedures and use
physical and electronic safeguards to protect your personal
information from unauthorized or inappropriate access. Only our employees
or who need to know your information
for a legitimate business purpose will have access to it.
Other Third Parties. We may share your information with other third

(i) any broker or vendor that referred you to us; (ii) prospective participants
in our financing to you; (iii) reputable credit bureaus and information reporting

marketing use. If you specifically direct us to do so, we will release information
